Obituary for William Eugene Bethune Jr.
William "Gen" Eugene Bethune Jr 67, of Tar Heel North Carolina, past away April 28, 2021. Gene was born in Augusta GA, on November 21, 1953. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He loved to go fishing, play his guitar, and listen to Willie Nelson.
He is survived by his parents; William Sr and Bertie Bethune of Kennesaw GA, two brothers; Brad (Tammy) Quackenbush of Rincon GA, John (Tammy) Bethune of Madison Heights, VA, three sisters; Gail McDaniel of Sylvnia, GA, Margerite (Joe) Prevatte of Tar Heel, NC and Shelby (Tom) Cadwallader of Kennesaw, GA, one stepson Scott (Casey) Scheidt of Guyton GA, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announce at a later date.
