I loved taking care of you Martha, especially the last four weeks. We were able to tease one another, and share about the Lord together. I enjoyed praying for you whenever you wanted prayer. Some people celebrated the New Year here in earth, but I know you are celebrating your new eternal life with all your loved ones, and Jesus. What a celebration to behold!! You will be missed, but we rejoice for you. We love you Martha. Welcome Home!!

We are so saddened at Martha's death, although we know she is better off. She will always be remembered for her beautiful handwork - sewing, knitting, embroidering - you name it, she could do it. We will miss her. I won't have anyone to speak German with now. I'll never forget the collection of German songs Martha played as she, Mom and I went to Jackson, Mississippi for a Spanish exposition."Hier Kommt Die Eiier Mann" among them. May she rest in peace and may her children find peace as well.
Love and prayers, Aunt Charlotte and Uncle Mel
