James O’Berry, Shadow Rider, went to glory riding 18 wheels on April 27, 2021. He drove a truck for over 50 years and loved being behind the wheel almost as much as he loved his Harley.

James is survived by his wife, Joyce, of 23 years, daughter, Kyli (Ron) Hardin, son, Josh (Lynsey) O’Berry, daughters, Deborah (Wendell) Sulsona, Denise (Geoff) Ingram and Renee (Brian) Mathews, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brother, Kim (Laurie) O’Berry, and sister, Georgene (Martin) Orlowicz.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 2 at 3:00 pm at James’ home located at 37 Ballerina Road, Lumber Bridge, NC 28357. Mail is not delivered to this address. Mailing address PO Box 9, Rex NC 28378
